Policies, ettiquette, etc.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking. A booking for a class or private session is only considered confirmed once payment has been received. We accept card or Zelle. All 10 class packages are valid for 12 months; all single and 5 class packages are valid for 6 months. All sales are final; we do not provide refunds.
Cancellations
All classes and private sessions must be cancelled 24 or more hours in advance. Clients will be charged the full amount for any session or class canceled within 24 hours. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, the class/session will be returned to the client’s account. All classes and sessions are non-refundable.
For workshops & events, clients who cancel with more than 14 days notice will receive equivalent account credit to be used towards a future workshop or class. Clients who make cancellations with 14 or less days notice will not receive credits back.
Late Policy
We get it, life happens, and sometimes you are running late. Please do your best to be on time as sessions that begin late will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are running late, please text us 818 532 0439 at or email us at hello@sapphirepilates.com.
Studio Etiquette
Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio. You are welcome to practice barefoot or wearing socks. We recommend wearing clothes that stretch, so that you are comfortable moving around. Please do not wear perfume or cologne while practicing. Please also refrain from chewing gum.
Teacher Training
Payment: Full payment is due 2 weeks before the training begins unless prior arrangements for a payment plan have been made in advance. Payment is accepted via Zelle (or card for an additional processing fee). The $1,000 deposit required to save your spot is non-refundable.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation made within 30 days of training start date, 50% of the tuition is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation made with more than 30 days in advance, the tuition minus the deposit will be refunded. The non-refundable deposit can be applied to a future training subject to availability.
Make-up hours: In the event of an absence, make-up hours can be completed by booking an additional private session(s) for $150 per hour.
