Pilates is a practice of connection - to the body, the mind, the breath. Through detailed instruction, you will be guided through functional movement that is rooted in pilates and also influenced by a range of other modalities. Each session is intentional and nuanced, encouraging students to realign and discover a deeper connection to their whole selves.
Nourish
Prenatal ⋅ Postpartum
While similar to our signature Mindful Movement, the Nourish experience is specifically crafted for the prenatal or postpartum practitioner. The periods of time before and after birth are hugely transformational. With that in mind, each session and class is designed to offer support that is both strengthening and grounding. All are welcome — pregnant, postpartum, or not.
Mindful Mat
Group Classes
Mindful Mat is a 55-minute mat practice rooted in pilates. Expect a thoughtful sequence of exercises that will challenge your whole body with the intention of developing healthier movement patterns that will directly affect how you move through your daily life. Occasionally, we will use props — such as blocks, physioballs, straps, etc — to enhance the practice. All levels welcome.
Equipment
Semi-private ⋅4 students max
Our 50-minute Equipment classes are essentially our signature Mindful Movement sessions but in a small group format. The instruction will be nuanced and the movement will be functional, intentional and challenging for the whole body. Often, we will use the Reformer or Tower; occasionally, we may also sprinkle in other pieces of equipment, such as a Spine Corrector, Chair, or Magic Circle.
The Teacher’s Practice

The Teacher's Practice is a 55-minute mat practice rooted in pilates. Expect a mix of functional movement, advanced repertoire, and teaching tips woven into a thoughtful sequence of exercises that will challenge your whole body. The intention behind this class is multifaceted — to develop healthier movement patterns, to enhance your movement/teaching practice, and to connect with other teachers in community. While this class is not suitable for beginners, non-teachers are welcome to attend, too.

Our Mindful Movement sessions and classes are designed with the intention of supporting you in a movement practice that has longevity. We know that beginning something new can feel intimidating. So, we invite you to book a Free Consult to get to know our space, team, and equipment. Over the course of 30 minutes, we will discuss your needs/interests. From there, we will suggest either private sessions or group classes (or perhaps a mixture of both). Plan to wear something comfortable so that you can experience the apparatus first hand.
