Inspiration
What emerged for one of our participants in our April ceremony was simply the word “inspiration”.
During the Breathwork she remembered that the word derives from the Latin “inspirare”, meaning “to breathe or blow into” originally referring to the divine, animating force. The breath of life, breathed into a person.
And from that opening, something arrived: the recognition that the breath has always been the source. That to inspire, to draw breath in, is the very root of inspiration. They are the same word. The same act.
This May, we return to that truth. Each inhale an invitation. Each breath an inspirational force moving through you. Not something to seek outside yourself, but something already happening, again and again, with every cycle.
Come breathe. Come inspire. -
Roanne has spent her career in the space where creativity and human potential meet. As the founder and Executive Creative Director of RoAndCo Studio and State of Feeling, she has always been drawn to what helps people realize their vision and find their flow.
She leads retreats, facilitates conscious leadership workshops, and is a certified breathwork practitioner. Her path to breathwork began through her own practice of self-inquiry and personal transformation. She weaves together 2-part pranayama breathwork, visualization meditations, and self-inquiry to help participants clear stagnant energy and reconnect with their sense of purpose and clarity.
Roanne is most in her element when helping others find theirs.

State of Feeling
A 60-minute ceremony bringing together powerful 2-part pranayama breathwork with meditation, visualizations and self-inquiry prompts. Each session is designed to release stagnant energy, quiet the thinking mind, and create space for intuition and insight to arise. Through intentional breath, we shift brainwave activity into alpha states associated with creativity, clarity, and emotional balance, supporting the brain's natural capacity to release stored stress and old patterns. A monthly moment to come back to yourself.
